i just took ma stitchs out im 9 days op buh my right side still looks abit puffy? would that go in time? and how tight should the vest be? nipples very sore

Puffiness should go down in time.  As far as vest tightness, I'm not so sure.  It's been so long since I was wearing mine I forgot how tight I kept it.

My right nipple is stil sticking out a little i had excsied my glands :s
It feel all hard n hurts bhind my nipple isit scar tissue??

The vest should be snug but not tight.  Should feel like a good hug.

Mine does.  That's the fluid building up in there (that used to come out of the drains), your body will absorb it over time.

I wouldnt worry about it. Im 9 days post op also. Left side is slightly puffier and the area is really 'firm'. I have been assured that the firmness will go away and it will feel normal after healing is complete. Im very happy with the results and im not worried if the slight puffiness remains. The compression vest apparantly aids in healing so just follow the instructions your surgeon has provided.
