Smoked half a cigar 3 days post OP without thinking
Hey, just had a surgery on tuesday feilding, and today i smoked half a cigar, stopped half way through without realizing that it could have some effect on the healing of my chest.


WIll this mess with the healing process of my chest?

Yes, but how much?

If you really enjoyed that smoke, your emotional well being was improved.

Giving up the tobacco entirely is the best idea, but even cutting down helps.
