I just got surgery on May 16th so im about 3 weaks in. My nipples have fluid under them and feel like a ziplock bag filled with water. My left nipple leaked all the fluid through a gap in the scab and it was back to completely flat but now its filldd up agin and even bigger than pre op. My left nipple completely scabbed.  The entire areola is a back scab.  Will i lose my nipple? Whill it be just white skin? When will the scab fall off? Where will the fluid go? Do i need it removed? Please help me im very worried
