surgery - preop / postop pics.. opinions plz

the swellings gone down alot, i sometimes get random pains in my chest but nothing major..  i went to my GP about my left nipple area protruding so much etc.. and she said i had occured a infection that had cleared up by the time i seen her, however she wasnt too sure about the nipple and that i should ask the surgeon on the follow up visit.

however im pretty much back to normal for everything now, i go to the gym around 3-5times a week and can do 90% of the exercises i did before with no pain or discomfort.
