The numbness is normal for up to several months, so I wouldn't be too concerned about that. In regards to the skin, it probably won't tighten up much beyond this, although if you still have some residual swelling, your shape may continue to change, usually for the better.

cause i noticed that the aerola and skin around it seem as if they have "no life" to them. like its dead< wrinkled, skin over there.  but when i workout and start sweating, the nipples and aerolas start to get erect and my breasts look as if they're 100% perfect and healed

i was told i needed the drain. i think if you have a smaller problem you wouldn't need it. mine only lasted 3 days also and it actually didn't drain much. there wasn't much swelling and i was fine after it was taken out. the only thing i don't like from the drain is started from the spot where it went in and to my chest i can feel a line of scar tissue.
stories of fluid building up are kind of scary ....
