three week post-op question for the post-ops

i had my surgery on 9/5 and I'm still sore and hurting- and with lumps and bruising and ?scars and need for revision(my chest is asymetrical) ; did any of you have this at three weeks??; I feel uneasy asking my surgeon for more narcotics, but I hurt...also, I am unable to hve sex 3 weeks post-op- touching me would hurt me; did anyone of you go through this ??

I am coming up on 3 weeks and I do not have any pain that would constitute taking pain killers.  I do have swelling and scar tissue and probably wouldnt be comfortable with real active sex.  If you have not talked with your PS about your current symptoms I would recommend that you do so.  Each persons' body reacts differently but if this seems out of the ordinary, which it sounds I would have him take a look.
