I am 3 months post op and I was wondering if it was ok to start lifting weights. I have a stretching feeling in my chest when I pull my arm all the way back and I was wondering if this was natural. I still have some slight bruising as well.

My doctor said that I can start working out when I feel like I can start working out. :)

So start with light weights and if there is no pain or discomfort, go to the heavier. It's 6 weeks from my surgery and I'm doing pushups without any problems.
