Another puffy nipple issue

Right well I'm 21 years old and have really puffy nipple and I have had them since about 16, I haven't got any lumps or pain in or under the nipple and never taken steroid, I'm wondering what I can do to fix this problem

Hi mate

Am from London and very new to this site I wish I new more about my condition when I was a teenager.  Am 34 now and some how managed to get through life without too much truma because of it.  I dont get puffy nipples any more and have not for years.  I think it has something to do with the tissue which may still be developing.  It will stop eventually.  I remember with mine it used to shrink when I either touched it or was very cold.  I have no idea how to get rid of it.

if there is no tissue under the nipple then i would definitely recommend trying to lower your body fat percentage. the worst that can happen is your nipples become slightly puffier and you have 6 pack. and if you dont like that look then im sure getting fat again wont be very difficult
