This is a post for Dr. Jacobs or any other Dr. who might want to reply. I know that Anabolic Steroid use can cause/increase gyno. However, why do I know so many steroid users who do not get gyno? They are not body builders (taking much more steroids than anyone should take), but they take a moderate 250-500 mg per week and look much more defined than I do with no gyno whatsoever (have a chest any man would love to have on his on body)?

Your question is so very nebulous that I really can't provide an answer.  Obviously, side effects of drugs vary with the individual and with the total dosage of the particular drug.

did you use anything like Tamoxifen or any other estrogen-blocker ? Because bodybuilders always take it along side with anabolic-steroids.
