main concern is scarring

My main concern is the scarring.  It is very difficult to find close up pictures of the nipple post surgery.  I have puffy nipples with the hard discs underneath.  I am in very good physical shape with almost non existent body fat.  If there is a chance of noticeable scarring I probably won't do the surgery.  Thanks for the help, and any pics of post op, close up nipples would be helpful

If they make the incisions along the bottom of the nipple, the scars will heal and won't be noticeable. I'm 2 months post op and no one would notice unless they got real close and look from below the nipple.
