Puffy nipple surgery

So Im finally ready to explore surgical options to treat my puffy nipples. i believe that I will need gland excision and a nipple reduction to meet my expectations. So how many of you had both gyne surgery and nipple reduction? Just trying to be realistic on what kind of improvement I could expect from surgery.
