Puffy nipples and underworks

My nipples are not that bad and I have actually gone to the doctor because just recently they got a little puffy and not normal.  He said it wasnt gyne, I am going to go check some other places out. 

But anyways, whats a good undershirt to flatten out minor puffy nipples.  A tight a-shirt works decent on me but then stretches out in about 10 min and then fails.  I was looking at underworks but some of those seem to extreme.  Can anyone post some good ones for minor gyne.  I dont need like a body shaper that keeps my stomach flat because it is or need back support or any of that.  I heard there is a shirt they have that is for minor gyne, but i dont know what it is...

I have tried a-shirts, and undershirts and neither do what I want them to do because they stretch out.  Any good recomendations?  I was looking at underarmour and sleeveless tight stretchy shirts but Ihave a feeling those are kinda like rsh guards and won't work either.
