I've noticed that when my nipples are rubbed, they become moist and slippery.
is this because the nipple has a natural lubricant??

Consider it an orifice, like an ear.  If but for a hugely minuscule understanding the male breast is like a womans breast.  Some on this board have reported milky discharges from time to time, which is normal for an individual with developed breast tissue.  Every inch of skin has a response to irritation in the form of puss, which you could consider a type of lubrication, but there is no "lubrication" element of the nipple.
