UPDATE: It's been more than a year since my initial surgery and I visited with my doctor again.  I still showed my concern because I know there are parts of my chest that need liposuction that I never had done in the original operation.  I'm still puzzled about this btw since I've seen tons of his patient results and they all look fantastic.  Anyways he said he would do it because he knows that it still bothers me, and all I would have to pay for is the anesthesia (I got local in the first surgery). 

I'm pretty happy and appreciative that he agreed to it because he saw my concern.

I have my revision surgery soon to be scheduled between the 27th of March and the 3rd of April.  Looking forward to it, giving me plenty of time to heal up before the summer.

I will keep this updated if anyone is interested and will have pics of course.

I would definitely say you have one HELL of an understanding surgeon!  As long as he makes you happy in the end is all that matters though.

Mate you have a nice muscular chest .. but fair play, if you believe a bit more fat can be taken out, so be it. Good luck, hope all is well, your revision op is just round the corner.

thanks, but I know more can be taken out and if it's not going to cost me much of anything (only paying anesthesia that I did not pay before) then why not.

anyways surgery tomorrow at 730... it's never a comfortable feeling though I've already done this before  but still excited

Well feeling pretty good right now, been about 4 hours since out of surgery.  Went very smooth and got 200cc's taken out in total.  Can't wait to get healed up and getting back to life

Bandages came off today... WOW it already looks awesome and it has been only 3 days.  No concavity, which was my biggest fear, but the doctor did an awesome job and if everything looks pretty good only 3 days after, I can't wait to see how good it'll look few months down the road.

Good news, so you were right then in terms of more fat being taken out??? Look forward to the pics ...

Yes about 200 cc's was taken out in total, which to me seems like a pretty significant amount.  I spoke too soon about results being fantastic, I forget about the swelling and right now my chest is pretty swollen so I'll prob post up pics later

One always forgets about the healing process, even if this is my 2nd time, you always expect the results to be immediate.

Went to the doc for 2nd follow up.  Even HE was impressed with how they ended up turning out considering he wasn't thrilled about doing it a 2nd time at first, because he didn't think I needed it.  But it made me happy to see that even he was impressed.

sorry I just went this morning to the doc and he snapped some pics.  I forgot to ask him to send me copies so I'll try to remember to take some pics today.

biggest improvement I thought was the shrinking of my nips.

Wow, i can actually see the improvement ... bloody hell, thats good stuff! must be chuffed that your persuasion paid out, considering even the surgeon was a bit skeptical.
