I have expanded my Revision Gynecomastia Surgery Resource.  There is a new section on Crater Complication Scar Deformity showing just how bad gland alone excision can look.  Take your time to move your cursor over the images on the Crater Defect page.  I see many patients from around the world who had surgery elsewhere with such a defect.  Prevention is much better than needing revision surgery.  Picking your surgeon carefully can be very important.
