Confused about consultation

I was told that I would need a revision and that I had to much loose skin but my spine was not erect and I feel like I wouldn't have a bad enough ptoosis to need revision. Also I didn't even ask if it would be gland excession with lipo or what would exactly be done with my individual situation. It is also 700$ more then I can afford for the time. So yea I'm just all confused and mildly concerned.
