Dr. Fielding Revision Surgery Question

Hey!

I had surgery with Dr. Fielding on 04/30/14 and am incredibly happy with the results - I still look at pre-op photos and I feel like it wasn't even my body...
I do have a slight concern and that is that I feel like he may not have lipo'd out enough of the fat - I've been running every day and working out but the chest area still has those "folds" sometimes - nothing serious and I'm not even sure if I would consider it, but has anybody else experienced the same thing? If so, how much $$ are we talking to get this corrected?

I am in the same situation. Dr Fielding thinks that we can go and remove more fat. He said that I will see a huge difference this time. 
He doesn't know  why I still have that much fat even thought more then 900cc was removed. 
I am pretty happy with the result but I think if there is room for more improvement, why not?! 
There will be a fee of 700$ for that, and it will be under local anesthesia
