Hey guys,

I had surgery when I was 17 to remove excess tissue and fat from my chest. I am now 20 and am really not happy that I still can't take off my shirt in public!
At first, it looked good to me.  Then one of the stitches on my left aureola popped out.  My surgeon did an in-house revision to restitch it but obviously did not do a very good job.  The entire area turned into scar tissue.  A year later I went back to the same surgeon (I know stupid) to try and re-do the left aureola and do a bit more lip under my armpits as well as fix a fold that was happening on the right side.  Well, lets just say that was a waste of money.  All he did was create a crater on my left side, further accentuating the fat under my armpit! >:(

What are some opinions from the docs on here?  What do I need to do to be able to take off my shirt in public?  I can't believe that I still can't do that... :-[

The photos are not great, but they do reveal, at a minimum, some residual tissue on your chest, right greater than left.
Would strongly recommend you do your research and find an experienced gyne surgeon who performs revision surgery.

Please bear in mind that revision surgery is more difficult and less predictable than surgery performed the first time, but an experienced gyne surgeon should be able to help you.

Do your research!
