What strength/mL of Kenalog is recommended?

What strength of Kenalog is recommended for internal scars and how many mL in injected at a time?

Kenalog comes in two strengths:  10mg/cc and 40mg/cc.  Each can be diluted with saline to arrive at an intermediate dose.

There are no strict guidelines as to how much should be injected.  It depends on the amount and size of the scar tissue as well as well as the surgeon's experience and expertise in performing the injection.
