I'm 16 years old and have had a lump under both nipples for two years. I'm worried about what it could be. I haven't had any discharge and it isn't inverted. Can someone tell me what it is? My nipples are puffy and have a lump underneath each that is able to move. The lymph nodes in my armpits aren't swollen. I've had no discharge and my nipples aren't inverted or scaly. I'm worried sick! Please help!! When I pinch them they shrink or when its cold they shrink. I'm also skinny and tall.

Thank you for your question.  This sounds like it could be gynecomastia, however, it may still go away.  This is the most common type of gynecomastia, it is not caner or something that will harm you. If it goes away it does so in about two years. If it does not, then surgery will cure this condition. Try to be patient, but if you want to see a surgeon in your area to understand more about what is happening to your body, then that might help you understand your options.
