i only have gyn on my left side and was wondering if its cheaper if only one side needs the surgery also

the type of gyn i have is hard tissue under the nipple im not over weight is this a certain type of gyn

maybe a little, but not by as much as you'd think, since things like anesthesia fees will still be the same.  

that's what you'd call glandular gyne.  technically all gyne involves gland, but it'd be a case for excision rather than lipo.
