Lipo ain't gonna do a thing for glandular tissue.  Excision of the gland is the only reasonable surgical solution.

I have a problem with this statement too:

But the remaining 10% are burdened with a social handicap that causes a deep and complex shame, and puts one's relationship with one's body at risk.

There's certainly a correlation, but gynecomastia doesn't "cause" a dang thing.  It's up to the individual to decide how they feel about it or how they wish to deal with it.  I think a statement like that re-enforces the idea that gynecomastia *ought* to be shameful and that's straight bull$hit.

Not sure I like the little footnote about pseudo - which is in fact the only condition they would be treating with lipo. Pretty misleading all in all.

I wonder if they see the irony of their opening statement -

Gynecomastia is a term that is commonly misused.
