Finally I decided to book my surgery. July 25 1pm!!!!

Mixed emotions.  Applied leave from work for a month.  I currently work in the hospital so I guess with two drains on either side of my chest plus a sore one would make it hard for me to lift patients

Insurance pre-authorized it --- thank God.

Pre-op visit on 7/15.

Am excited! I have never been to the beach in the last 10 years due to my man-boobs

Hopefully this would change everything.

My PS told me I do not need to see my primary care doctor for medical clearance --- i opted not to since I am close with my PCP and it's kinda emabarassing too.

Nice good luck with it all bro let us know how it goes. How did your PS get your insurance to approve it?

I was taking steroids for asthma when I was young.  I have Blue Shield PPO.

Yeah, you won't be able to lift anything heavy for at least 3-4 weeks. Keep us updated.
