Couple questions before surgery

Well I scheduled a consultation and if things go well then I should be having the surgery in no time..
I just have a couple questions..

Can the gyne really come back? What are the chances of the gyne actually coming back? It's really scary to me that this could happen..I don't smoke, or take steroids.. someone said on this forum that coffee could cause it and it could come back from that but I dono..

Also

What % of the surgeries would u say are successful? I really don't want to be taking any risks or anything and having wasted 5 thousand dollars..
