surgery questions + pics---PLEASE REPLY/POST and RATE/COMMENT PICS!!!!!!

hey im finally getting surgery to coreect my gyne problem, its predominantly in the right side. i will be getting excission only because i am quite fit and healthy with very limited fat. i was so lucky my parents agreed to pay for it as i am 17 and without a job. i have wanted the op for so long but thought that i'd be waiting years untill i had the money.
i just have some questions for yous.
1. with excission only, it chance of scaring and stuff decreased?
2. with excision only, is healing and recovery time a lot faster?
3. what do most people do to kill the nervousness and little bit of fear when your op is so close (3 days away)
4. did anyone give the doctor like specific instuctions on day of opperation?
5. are most people generally happy with their results?
6. will the results be the same post-op as when my nipples are cold pre-op?
7. anyone else expierence acceptance for their gyne once they knew it would be gone soon?

I have a similar case (although you are in much better shape than I am), who is doing your surgery?  I am booked in 3 weeks with Dr. Bermant.

oh ok then. yeah i was probably in your shape a couple months ago. but i got told that my case might go away with exercise so i started hitting the gym pretty hard with plenty of running. but then i learnt surgery is only option.
well i live in australia, so i am getting a local plastic surgeon to do mine, he is fully qualified and been doing ps for like 12 years or something and specialising in breast issues, hands, and face so im not really worried.
if anyone could please answer my questions in the original post that would be excellent.

I bet you'll be pretty happy with your results.  It shouldn't be too bad of a job considering your body fat % is so low. 

Plus, you'll look great after surgery!
