Surgery for Gynecomastia and Abdominoplasty

Hi guys,
I've had a weight problem since my teens. At my heaviest I made it to 18 stone (252lbs) at 5'10". I've managed to make it down to 12.5 stone (175lbs) through calorie control and exercise. 
Through it all, I have suffered from gynecomastia. I have gland, the left is worse, and I'd categorise it as a 5 on a 1-10 scale.
Now that I have lost a considerable amount of weight, I've decided it's time to have gynecomastia surgery. Added to this, I've also decided I want to have abdominoplasty, as my stomach has been left with some flab/loose skin.
I was wondering, has anyone else here had this combination of surgeries? If so, can anyone recommend an ideal surgeon for this, and a rough cost? I'd preferably like to stick with the UK.
