Caffeine increases metal alertness. I don't think that it helps your endurance. Could be wrong though.

I'm not sure about the direct effects of caffeine, but don't forget that Caffeine drinks often come with loads of sugar, and can seriously kill any efforts of working out. Just remember that pop is your enemy!

I take caffeine everyday in one form or another. On the days I don't work out I drink coffee, and the days I do workout I pop a caffeine cap (200mgs).

I love caffeine, even though it probably ages me prematurely.
