Soloflex Advice?
Howdy Guys,
    Can anyone tell me how many sets and reps per set I should do on the soloflex for all of the different exersizes??
Im doing cardio for weight loss and want to tone/gain muscle w/ the soloflex.
Thanks in advance for any help,
