4 months post-op Dr Benito

Im just over 4 months post-op, had my surgery done by Dr Benito. I know its still kinda early days but im not happy with my results so far. Although there is a improvement in my chest its still not as flat as i was hoping.
I was expecting all the fat to be removed as Dr Benito told me this, my right side is def flatter but i can clearly grab a good bit of fat still on both sides, even more so on my left side.
I am going to contact Dr Benito to ask him a few questions.

Dude - I don't know what you looked like pre op but your chest looks as flat as a pancake now.

I must admit, in that photo it doesnt look that bad. When i wear a tight tshirt you can still clearly see my chest sticking out.
Its the left side which is worrying most, there def is a lot more fat left on that side.
