had a bit of a bad day yesterday, my chest has gone from not hurting at all to aching during the day
also i went to topman and river island to buy some t shirts and they didn't look as good as i thought they would, also they didnt have much to choose from, and i think im swelling a bit at the moment because i could sort of see some moob going on, i think im not entirely happy with my body and i thought this surgery would sort that all out but i dont know right now, im still glad i got the surgery but i just really wish it would hurry up and heal so i can get back on the weights and the running etc, especially as i start uni in a few weeks and probably wont be able to until then
sorry, just having a bad few days
did anyone else get like this 2 weeks post op?

You've gotta stop judging things man,

Its early days.

Give your body time to heal and adjust to the change ;)

it s too early mate, dont worry at all.
I think after a couple of weeks you ll be totally happy with your chest. just give it some time
I am 6 weeks after the op and i am really really happy with how my chest looks at the moment.

If you want post some pics here so that you can get someone's else opinion of how your chest looks and i think this will make you feel much better

Bomberman if you are a little unhappy now, then brace yourself as I fully expect it to get a shit load worse before it gets better. My swelling and scar tissue was a mess from about week 3 onwards and I still have a small patch of swelling at 4.5 months post op.
Remember having a 1.5 hour operation is pretty easy. You have to wait 6 months - 12 months before judging it. 2 weeks is simply far too early and as mentioned, I really think its going to get worse before it gets better, so its probably time to accept that and put it all in perspective. It should all come good in the end mate :)

Id also suggest that you might have a bit of a "gyne hunch"

ive never met you, so i dont truley know but nearly every lad on here (including me) used to slouch in a certain way to hide their gyne then it becomes habit. Once i had the surgery i had to train myself to stand up straight and as daft as it sound it makes your posture look fantastic and makes you look confident

askmen.com/money/how_to/38_how_to.html

Youl never have a pancake flat chest because, its not normal. And its drilled into lads heads that they should have sculpted bodybuilders pecs and anything else are moobs. If you want a sculpted chest then you can do it but it requires loads of dedication down the gym.

Also ... dont shop in river island ;) Try using ASOS, if you order over £100 its free next day delivery then free returns you cant go wrong

cheers for the replies everyone, still feeling a bit down today but not too bad, i definitely have the hunch todd, but when i try to correct it just look like im pushing my chest out too much now, not sure how to correct it!
just hope this swelling doesnt get too much worse, cheers for the support guys, appreciate it
it's dificult to really show what the swelling is like in photos because you can't really see it, it's weird

Itl take you probally a year to come to terms with your body, it is in your head and its something we've all gone through (and you will aswell)

Just to extend the stance bit first look at this

teenfi.com/lifestyle-fashion/stylebeauty/moobs-8748.html

They cite danny dyer as having a toned chest, and it looks like he has however

youtube.com/watch?v=aC8nWVkP7BY

fast forward to 4 mins on that, dyer has gyne

its not due to extra weight, its definatley gyne but in that picture its masked by his stance to me it looks like he loses his brovado as soon as he takes his top off and he walks with a hunch untill he gets his daft tracksuit. Im not saying to walk around like a twat like dyer but it just shows how much difference a confident stance will make.

Bad posture will always make you look bad in tshirts and yeah it will feel like your pushing your chest out but you will correct it. The way i did it was imagine someone was pulling my head with a string and just to straigten my back up.

cheers for the link dude, yea it's interesting how many people have gyne, i was watching kidulthood a few months ago and noticed the guy who wrote and stars in it has his top off in one of the scenes and blatently has gyne, can't find a pic though
ure right about it being in my head i think, i gues we all just have messed up ideas of what is normal because of our gyne

Hey guys, been away a while, lots of drinking and uni work haha

here are my 2 month post op pics. I have to say I'm very happy but the left one, which had worse gyne than the right, is pretty swollen and I can see it under t shirts and jumpers, its still a million times better and im not uncomfortable, i just wondered if this is normal? will it go down? ive been massaging them both almost every day for about 30 mins at a time while watching tv. it kind of feels like the left one is not going to go down even though karidis said its about 8 months until its finished. also the nipples still hurt when you press them but not badly, some girl hit my chest the other day and it hurt a little haha

as for the slaying pussy, i wish! still got some confidence issues i guess haha, workin on em though, cheers for all your messages :)
