keep us updated on your story as it goes :)

Good man :D glad you've enjoyed it.. I am too.. even though I'm saving nearly every penny, and working out most of the time, I'm still really enjoying life.. I guess it's because I know it's not far off changing my life forever :)

been feeling pretty good the last few days but being couped up in this house is not great, gonna go for some beers tomorrow and watch the arsenal game with a friend. I figured out how to sleep comfortably on my back (2 pillows under my legs, lots of cusions and a pillow each side of my head so i can lean against them)
the pain hasn't been too bad but today it's a little uncomfortable, i think the swelling is starting to happen now. I haven't taken any pics because chest still looks pretty much the same though. I've been doing some walking about, went to the shops and bought some more pinapple juice.
I'm getting a bit sick of wearing this compression vest tbh, really can't wait till 2 weeks are up so i only have to wear it at night, having said that it's not the end of the world wearing it. i've noticed my posture is still quite bad because i can't really push my chest out because of the vest being tight and painful if i do, apart from all that im still really happy with everything
will probably put up some more pics in a few days or something :)

You're at the worst part of post op in my opinion, I got cabin fever at this stage as well lol. Next few days u are going to start feeling much more recovered and able to go do stuff so don't worry.

Shit mate, does your mate know you've just had surgery? I had to tell my mate because he nipple tweaked me! First of all it pisses me off anyway but doing it when I've had surgery really topped it off, he wasn't to know though but I always worry that somehow it might effect healing etc, might be just overreacting though (I suppose its normal after spending all that money on it!!)

It's been a week now and I feel great. I haven't taken any new pics because the chest looks pretty much the same just slightly less bruising. I didn't have much fat to begin with so that might be why I've not had much swelling or discomfort. I only take painkillers at night and mostly to help me sleep because they make you drowsy and i hate sleeping on my back!
The incision under the left nipple doesn't seem to have fully healed yet and I keep getting worried it's gonna tear open again. I am looking forward to next week when I will only need to wear the vest at night.
I must say I know a lot of people love the pancake zone but I am sort of looking forward to my chest filling out a little bit and getting back to the gym to build a little muscle under there too
but overall i'm really happy with how it's gone so far, will add some more pics soon and keep updating!

Glad recovery is going well mate, won't be long and you'll be back in the gym.

Lol this is why post op is such a rollercoaster, first you love the pancake effect then you start worrying ur chest is too flat, then it fills out a bit and u miss the pancakes lol

Don't worry it all settles down

Dude, I know what you mean about the pancake effect, I didn't really like it because I thought it was too flat but it comes back nicely but just slowly, getting back into the gym its improving it too, I'm loving being back in the gym and not being self conscious about it! Good times.

I didn't feel comfortable enough to go back until the start of the 6th week post op. Its only taken me a couple of weeks to get back to normal, I'm actually finding I'm a little stronger than I was before surgery which is weird, I think it might just be psychological though since I'm a bit more motivated to increase my size, before I wasn't that arsed and slacked off since I knew I was going in for surgery.

Also I'm reaching 8 weeks post op now and before I warm up I'm still really really tight just below the pec, its not too bad after a warm up and a stretch though.

thats weird about being stronger haha, definately get what u mean about motivation though, i cant wait to get back in the gym! i also cant wait to get running again, still hurts to move up and down though atm

10 days post op and the bruising has faded quite a lot and im off the painkillers, ill post some more pics soon i just never seem to get round to it haha, i slept on my side last night because i am getting really fed up of sleeping on my back, its a tiny bit painful on the left side but i seriously cannot sleep on my back anymore.
i have noticed some hard bits under the skin, i sort of feel like i want to start massaging now but i think its too early, also the incision on my left nipple im still a bit worried about because it still looks a little fragile so ive kept the plasters on (though ive been using non water proof ones and just replacing them after the shower)
i am feeling really good about my chest today, even with the hard bits because u cant really notice them, cant wait to go shopping next weekend and buy a shit load of tshirts haha :)
