lipo can remove gland tissue and fat.

I had quite bad gyno - although I'm quite thin I felt like it was mostly gladn but there was a fair amount of fat there. The lipo I had removed a lot of the fat and a bit of the gland, although in my case I was told my tissue is quite fibrous so some of it was hard to remove by lipo. It all depends I guess. I'm very happy with my result though - although I wasn't at first it just takes quite a while to settle down.

The GC2 vests are good, I got one from this seller on ebay http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/gc2compression/

Now that I seen a pic of the GC2 thats exactly what I got in black. Its strapless and looks like a normal vest and doesnt show up underneath t-shirts etc like the ones with straps do.

Definetely recommended.

Hi i got the price from a mr collis at the nuffield hospital. He said its just for lipo and he said he is certain the lipo could remove the gland but if it does not he will use excision to remove it at no extra cost.

Can't say fairer than that I suppose...... only downside is the possibility of having 2 operations, and I would double check that no extra cost includes the hospital fees.

what he said was that lipo would get rid of the gland and i asked about excision and he said lipo should do it but if he isnt happy he will remove the gland there and then through excision. He said the cost was final and there would be no extra costs even if there is complications during surgery.

Fair cop' that ... I like the fact hes not gonna do excision for no reason unless he needs too, last thing you want is uneccessary craters when you tense your chest because if I remember correctly you have a good physique already?

EDIT: just read your original post again ... so yeah, your a bodybuilder, the surgeons definitely doing the right thing then!
