Help with finding someone who offers Kenalog in London

Hi guys, 
I had my gyno surgery in Poland in 2013,, and I have a fair amount of scar tissue build up and I've been struggling to find a practitioner in the UK, let alone london, who will offer kenalog for internal scar tissue. Karidis only offers it to patients who had their surgery with him now so I've been looking for an alternative, but haven't had any luck. Has anyone got any suggestions?
