Finding a doc in PA.

Can anyone suggest a good gyne surgeon in the greater Philadelphia, PA area?  I need the tissue removed more than lipo - it's definitely glandular.  It could be as far away as Allentown, KoP, Collegeville, Lansdale, etc.  I've lived with this for too long, worked out too hard, and I'm at the end of my rope.  To all of you out there who accept this condition, I say more power to you, I wish I could.  To all of you who have had great results - especially if you work out a lot as well (I could lose 10 lbs, but that's about it) - please send names and possilby phone numbers of good places, pics?
