Midlands based surgeon recommendations?

Hey guys, 
Was on here a while ago and found it to be very helpful, unfortunately I wasn't in a good enough financial position to do much about my gynecomastia, I'm 5 foot 7 at 12 stone stocky build so my problem isn't really isn't fat, I can feel the breast tissue under each nipple and it causes them to become puffy all the time which is very distressing and embarrassing when wearing a t-shirt which I very rarely do without something else over the top. 

I'm looking for a good surgeon in the midlands area, Nottingham if possible but I will travel for the right one. I'm just buying a house with my girlfriend so havnt really got money to spare so a finance option would be ideal however depending on the price I could potentially find a way to spare the cash. 

Can anyone recommend me a surgeon, let me know the best way of contacting them and a rough idea on there prices, aftercare etc..
