looks great mate after reading your posts and a few others about Karidis decided im gonna for it. my body's pretty similar to yours except my nipples are a bit puffier, when im cold my chest actually looks good and its so annoying to be putting the hours in at the gym to still be embarrassed about taking off my top, or even wearing a tight tshirt. can i ask how long you're meant to keep the vest on for? and do you think you'd be ok going back to work after a few days?

Hi mate.. I'm glad you've decided to go with Karidis - you're in safe hands! Im keeping the vest on for two weeks day & night, then 2 weeks night only - as recommended. The period of time required off before work is dependant on what kind of job you have, if its office based then i wouldnt think you'd need more than a few days off, but if its heavily manual then id think you'd need maybe two weeks.

Hope this helps

I was advised to lay off any UPPER body exercise for at least 3 weeks and I guess that'd apply to manual labour too. Tho to be honest, I'm guessing 4 weeks is more realistic before I head back to any weights in the gym. Lower body stuff should be good after 2 weeks, when you can take your vest off during the day. You wouldn't wanna sweat heavily in THAT thing ! It smells enuf after a day of normal wear !

Just bear in mind that any exercise you do will probably increase swelling short term,  especially if you don't wear a compression vest.

Hello everyone! Sorry that i havent posted for a while! - I'm currently 20 day's post-op, & the last few days/week has had it's ups & downs, Mentally. As i keep looking at myself and seeing that i have Gyne.. I understand that this is in my head - so ive been told by many people - but it really got me down the other day, im not sure if im the only one to feel this way?..

However i'm beggining to realise that i no longer have the condition, & the other day one of my friends stated that he was 'jealous' of my chest! ha ha - i thought id never hear that in my lifetime! & overall at the moment im very impressed with the results, i do have one lump on the right of my chest which i hope will go with the massaging process.

I have almost no apparent swelling, or bruising & the scars are very minimal, & descrete, Anyway - here are some pictures at 20 days post op!

Let me know what you think!

Great results mate, your results look brilliant. You certainly shouldn't be thinking that you still have it.

Good luck with recovery  ;)

Hello! !... again!,

Im going to give training a go tommorrow, i feel more than capable of doing cardio, However i'm going to do some weights as im feeling as if im loosing a little muscle mass, even though i'm eating enough! ! ha ha
As those of you who have read some of my early posts on this forum, my main aim was to be able to train topless - even though i train at home now in my garage!.. As i used to train so hard for so many years without the ability to 'feel good' about my body, which hopefully will be a thing of the past tomorrow.

I'll keep you posted on how it goes! ! !  ;D
