Effing hell mate, your chest looked a mess just after surgery. You can see it starting to heal in later pics though. Any chance of more recent pics so we can see the progression?

Have tried to upload pics, seems now to be disabled. As much as this site is very useful, it can be very un-user friendly!

When you adding a picture into the forum don't include the sites address/advertisment.

All you need to include is the (img) pic (img) but using the ] [

I know imageshack has another line when you copy the pictures link anywhere.

Thats the line which disables this forum from displaying it.

OK, here's some updated pics. The first two show the loose skin and indentations, the second two showing how things look when I tense my chest. My pecs are fairly well formed, but obvioulsy from the nipple down it doesn't look right, lumpy in parts too, which I'm not sure if is scar tissue or areas of fat that weren't sucked out.

As I said, I need to lose a couple of stone before the final result is clear. Probably will need revision.

Still a massive improvement mate, if it isn't scar tissue and its just left out fat then that can be lost with diet and cardio.

Trust me I would much prefer fat than hard scar tissue.

As I said mate big improvement but you can continue to improve it by diet, cardio and lifting weights.

Really tone the chest up and increase the pec muscle to give the chest the desired shape.

I still got a lot to do but getting the surgery has given me the extra motivation to really get into shape.

Just hope others do the same :)

You have come a long way already mate..just been looking at your pre-op and latest pics. Had you lost a fair bit of weight prior to going under the knife?

Cheers mate, I had lost about a stone before the surgery and I've continued to lose weight.

Always trained but due to gyno I never wanted to get skinny because just made the gyno look worst.

Soon as I had booked the surgery I started to seriously lose weight and since my surgery all I want to do now is eat healthy and train hard so I can get into shape. Told myself 1st thing was to get rid of the gyno if I did that my 2nd goal was a 6 pack. Never had one but got nothing to hold me back now.

Only problem is still in the recovery stage so can't even run but I do about 1 hour of walking 5 days a week. Do legs in the gym and starting arms this week. Won't be doing chest, back & shoulders until I get full movement again. Don't want to open my incisions.

With the cardio I also make sure I eat as best as I can. Not 100% strict because it's too hard but most meals are healthy and low carbs. Just high protein and essential fat. Hardwork but hopefully will all pay off :)

Its just a case of losing weight now mate, your chest will look great if you lose another stone. I could have similiar results as you because I've put on a stone, but losing weight is nothing when you know your moobs are gone.

I lost nearly 4st last year before the op. Put on half a stone since then -  Xmas came, holiday, my dad died after a long illness now my mum has broken her hip. To lose weight requires dedication and concentration, but on the right track now hopefully.

Your minds gonna be playing tricks on you throughout the healing process, some days your gonna be depressed but you are capable of losing weight and you just need to be strong. Its very hard, you have lost 4st last year and that is fantastic.

I wish you luck, imo once you start exercising and lose weight your results will look great.

Keep going with the weight loss my friend. Yes, your result isn't perfect (neither is mine) but at least you feel a HELL of a lot more confident with clothes on than before. It's almost like living a new life.

Cheers guys. Despite not being totally happy with the results, as I said, in a t-shirt I look fine. The past few days have been very windy, yet I could walk down the street knowing this great enemy of ours isn't highlighting the problem that existed pre-op. That's a great feeling.
