i knew ya wouldnt have much fat removed, 250ml each side isnt much mate i had 600 each side

however, huge amount of gland which is why your nipples were so puffy, i had 21grams taken from each side!

Looks like an excellent result to me i knew it would be though due to you being in top shape. Take it easy and as for the waterproof plasters i was alergic to them and stopped wearing them 2/3 days in as long as the wounds are healed over then they can be taken off whenever leave them as long as you can though

Im walking with that 'gyne hunch' still at the moment haha! But hoping that will go away once i start getting into normal clothes outside the compression vest. 

How often did you wash your vests?

I'm booked in for surgery with Dr. Karidis in two weeks. It's a little scary but I just can't wait to get it done and embark on a new life; gyne free!

Hunch takes a while to get rid off, i just imagine someones pulling a string on my head up. Back workouts are great for posture aswell

Everyday washed the vests mate, they can only be handwashed tho ... so left them for me ma to do

875 left and 825 right side sucked  , beat that  . however confused about gland removed said only 2 and 5 gram... i however did not feel like i ever had much puffy nipples will ask surgeon to clarify next week.

look good ad21 whats your goal now ? get a 6 pack and get ripped ?

Yeah looking to drop some body fat and put on some lean muscle for summer

Well done mate, nice improvement indeedy. I've been watching your thread, thank you for sharing your pre and post op pictures because its does help others. It'd be great if you could post some a few months down the line too if you wouldn't mind.

Anyway enjoy yourself now your gyne free dude! You can enjoy chest day at the gym now a lot more, its a bit of a chore for me as i know im pushing the gyne out but refuse to neglect the muscle underneath!

Just eating pretty much everything i can atm to help the healing, but once im back in the gym im going to go on a strict diet and training plan so come august time im hoping to have some WOW factor pics to show

yea wash it in soapy water and let it dry on a coat hanger wont take long to dry, they found they started to stink after a day otherwise. Enjoy your time off work

Washed the first one today and wearing the other one i got atm, feels loads tighter! even though its the same size, rang chantel and she said it needs to contour to me over 24 hours...hehe can barely breath was this the same for you?

Going to have a nice shower tonight and a good long sleep.  Be glad when i only have to wear the vest at night only

Back to work monday...how long did you have off before going back to work

Yeah the tighter they are the better really, your lucky it isnt boiling at the minute

i had two weeks off, but i cud have gone back in a week if it was a deskjob. Its a great feeling when you can take them off in the day itl improve your posture aswell i found the vest made me hunch it was so tight
