Excellent results mate, already looks like recovery is going well.

Is there much swelling? Would you say the scars are noticeable? Much bruising left after a week?

Any advice for pre & post op?

My surgery is less than 2 weeks away now.

I've booked another night in the hotel so will be least 48 hours before driving home.

Good 2 days of doing darn all around the hotel, going make sure bring laptop with loads of new movies, may even bring the xbox.

Barely zero swelling mate! which has suprised me, bruisning is barley visible now at day 12.

I was just in the gym up to my op so was in reasonable condition.

I would say just make sure you sleep as much as you can day 1 and 2.  Day 4 i was driving.

All i would say is make sur eyou have enough food stocked up for the first few days as you wont be leaving the house unless someone drives you.

I'm under the knife with Karidis on Tuesday and after seeing your pics I honestly can't wait.

Just an update guys

DAY 17.

Started with the massaging today.  Feels a bit funny lol!  How long was it before you guys found that it started to work?  Also did you guys massage over or around the nipple?

Gunna get some more photos up this week!  Absolutley loving it!  Looked at my pre op pics earlier. and i have come along way

I've just started the massaging now, and I agree it definatley feels kinda strange - I've got a bit of numbness due to one side having massive amounts of gland tissue removed. If you do it with some oil, it makes the process a hell of alot better.

I've been taking photos before every time I shower, and I'll be doing so till my beach holiday in July, so illl be posting a long winded step by step story nearer then, which should be when the initial obvious effects of the operation have subsided...

Glad to see you're over the moon with the results. The mans a godsend!

The guy has completely chnaged my life!!  He has un covered all my hard gym work in one simple 40 minute op!  I now feel comfortable with my top off!

Yeah i had a lot of numbness especially last week as i too had a large amount of gland removed (80grams)

Feel comfortable in tight clothes now!

How are you finding wearing the compression vest ? tried mine on the other day and it feels really tight, dunno how I am gonna wear it for 3 weeks 24/7 lol !

Cheers mate! Yeah just a bit of scar tissue and lumpiness but to be expected which will go with massage.  Only wearing vest at night atm untill sat...not to bad at all matey
