Post-op Rest

Hi
I am getting surgery in 4 weeks time.I managed to get 6 days off post surgery.
Will this time be enough for recovery and go back to job.My job is busy,not physically
but mentally and I need to be on my feet for 8-10 hours.I am getting surgery by
mr keridis which involes lipo+excision of gland.
Those people who had surgery with mr keridis can they give adise?

Hi mate, I had surgery (gland and lipo) with Karidis on a Tuesday and was back in work the following Monday so no probs. I could probably have gone in as early as the Friday following the op but driving was a bit of a chore, so I decided to take advantage of the days I had booked off and just relax! You will be sore for a couple of weeks though and you probably won't feel like doing much but it soon eases off. Good luck with the surgery.
