Hello there.

Well, got all the way to East Midlands but was 5mins late for the check-in and Ryanair wouldn't let me through, even though there was 30 - 35mins before the plane left - the unhelpful b@stards.

So the update on my Poland trip - have had to come home. The moral - dont be late.

I will phone Andreas and see if he can still squeeze me in somewhere in the week.

Just keeping those of you who might be following my 'trip' upto date!

Bye for now

I'm packing a nine-gauge this time. We'll see what their fuel quotas say about that

Sorry to hear about that mate.

I am around 4-5 weeks now post op and im a little dis-appointed to be honest, my right side looks as though they didnt do a single thing with it, left hand side looks a little better but far from what i wanted, etc...

Has anyone got any details on how you go about contacting the Poland surgery about a potential revision? ? ?

Thanks.

Hi Gaz,

Initial looks at my left side - I feel the same - there doesn't look as if any has been taken out.

The right side, however, looks pretty good, so that would seem to suggest that the left side, the extra 'material' isn't swelling. This is gonna make me look even more asymmetrical  ???

I dont want to jump the gun, I'm gonna be asking Baranski tmrw exactly what he did, as there seems to be marks (under the thin gauze bandage) 2 inches under the nipples - are those the drains or something - hope I haven't got extra marks  :-[

I'll see what the Baranski has to say. Hassle!

On the plus side if I do need revision, I'll just come again - f*** it, but at least now I think I can wear a T without the odd shped right side sticking out like a doughnut of some sort. But still hassle!

Ah right sorry to hear that too.

Mine is just so depressing, i am really lean, its just puffy nipples and its such a knock to the confidence, never wearing t-shirts, etc...

reading your comments has got me slightly worried. My left side has gone down flat as anything but the right which was the main problem is worse and the swelling feels like a big solid lump under there. Did you get that? Is this what I should massage away?
To be fair its only 1 week and they did tell me I might need revision to aelo and skin excess but its the big solid lump that concerns me.
cheers boys

I dont know to be honest mate.

It actually seems weird does my right side of my chest, it actually seems bigger, and i dont like the look of it to be honest, the nippes and areolas are still as puffy as before.

I think i may actually need a reduction in the nipple and areola.

my left side is exactly how i wanted it, the nipple is permanantly contracted and the shape in general is good.  the right hand side is a different story.  the nipple is always puffy unless conracted, and the shape is still not good :(

hey sir scalpal...

good to meet you out there and dont worry about the lump under the nipple as its totally normal....its scar tissue and it tends to form quiet fast under the nipple after the 1st operation....you can start to massage it after around the 1 month mark to begin to break it down.....i cant belive that nurse pumped us with that anesthesia stuff to send us off to sleep when we were ready for somehting to eat haha...as you know this my my revision visit and the operation went well apart from my right nipple which is still puffing out.....so far the left one is slightly indented and im absolutely over the moon with that side of my chest.....i know alredy at only one week post op 2nd surgery that i will most likely have to go back yet again to get this corrected but it is only a small op to correct now and each visit has got me closer to my goal...and even in 3 visits still chaeper than 1 in the uk so not too concerned...just the time its taking to get to my dream of gyne free and fitted tshitrs back to how i used to be......the reason i konw not much will change in my post op state is that from my 1st op what i noticed through the recovery period is that the shape of your chest from day one out of surgery to 6 months on doesnt tend to change too much at all....the volume and swelling will be up and down of course and bruising etc but if our nipples are still a little puffy after week one trust me swelling or bruising dissapering will not with all the will in the world suck the nipples back in as it goes down...trust me i have been there....my second op was just for a little more lipo of targeted areas in specic which were drawn out on my chest and agreed by me and branski.....and also a procedure i think new to this board on where the inside of the puffy nipples are actually stitched to small amount of remaining gland that is left under the nipples...which apperas to have been most effective on the left one but doesnt look like he has done it at all on the right and im not sure why ... i can only imagine that he thought the lipo may have taken that side flat by its self....but it hasnt...i can see this and his way of thinking from the cuts under the nipples as the good side has been cut full half moon and the right side the poor one has only been knicked just enough to get the canula in for the lipo and 2 small stitches to re-seal......im sure im one final op away from the nighmare being over ...but then again you never know i could wake up in a few weeks look down and have breasts like pamela anderson yo just never can be 100% sure with this sh**t...best of luck mate let me know how you are geting on with each stage of your recovery and iwilanswer honestly good or bad and try to help you through based on my experience to date...hope i can help mate all the best//////ps get some pictures up when you can im gonna soon too. :P

Hi ghostrider, good to hear from you mate. That was a bit strange when the nurse knocked us out, I was asleep already! Although I quite liked the anesthetic so it wasnt so bad.  Its a shame you've got to go back again but like you say if it still only costs the same as one uk op then its worth doing. I'm hoping I wont need to go back but in reality I think I will to get matching nips (not a sentence you say every day). The problem's going to be getting more time off work so Ive just got to get in the gym and hope I feel confident enough to enjoy my beach holiday this year and then get the revision next year. I'm itching to start massaging this lump away theres quite a lot of it so its bound to take some time, i just hope they took out enough of the gland on the right side, my left looks bloody good now though.
I was impressed with the clinic it was absolutely spotless. I did feel a bit sorry for the nurse trying to communicate with someone who doesnt speak the language, she cooked up some lovely polish food though.
Anyway I hope you get the right results before too long and i'll try to get some pics up too.
take it easy

cheers sir scalpal....

yea just start to massage it as soo as you can and remember not to be to soft when doing it....it should hurt a little but thats how you know you are doing it right......just pinch the the ball of scar tissue with your index finger and thumb and and roll them back and forward on it whilst squeezing it if you know what i mean.....and bio seed oil from the local chemist is good to reduduce the scars unser the nipples just rub a little on each day.....im gonna hit the gym soon myself to see how things look but still feel its just the one nipple im gonna have to have sorted......yea your right about the meals they are quiet good i think like going over there to get away from my girlfriend for a few days and be waited on haha..

Now, those who aren't 100% satisfied, are we talking about breast size or same/size of the nipple?
