I didnt touch a drop for about a month. Dunno if that was over the top but i wanted to play safe. I suppose there shouldnt be a problem after a week or two. Just dont get smashed to the point of falling down on your chest though

Can i ask if it is possible to get a note from your GP for poland covering the date of surgery + rest time?

I'm not sure, it depends on your GP I suppose.
It's best aproaching your GP.
If not then book it as holiday.

hi all,
im in internet cafe by hospital in poland just had surgery and feel fine .. im bored sitting around so have just gone for walk look around area, (its very warm here )

How long do I have to stay of the alcohol for? How long did you wait before having a beer\spirit after the op?
I want to have a drink but don't know if I should. I should of asked the doc but forgot.
It will be 7 days tomorrow since I had the op.

When Mark and i went for a walk around the next day we were practically ordered by Baranski to have a couple of beers, it helps with the blood or something, well we only heard the have a couple of beers then we were gone like the wind

hate the vest they give you,  

im off to see my doctor today for advice on what next ? for me

How's everyone doing?

Just confirmed my surgery date of 31/07 with Andries, anyone else due for that period. Have to admit I'm really nervous, will probably get more nervous as the day approaches. I have however waited so long for this, there's no turning back now, for years I searched and searched the internet for an affordable way round this curse till I stumbled on the Polish thread.

There's no going back now!

The swelling has gone down a bit but there is some still there on both sides. The chest looks a lot flatter than before but I will have to wait a while longer to see the final results as it has only been 9 days post op.
I don't understand by what you are saying about going to see your doctor about what next?

Great news , i bet you feel great.
Don't worry about the swelling it is to be expected and will subside soon . How was your experience of the clinic and slublice? I hope your expectations were met .

So, welcome to the club mate, and i wish you a speedy recovery .

All you signed up members to the ' i have no moobs club ' , can we have some pre op and post op pictures.Pictures of slublice and Frankfurt would also be good for easing the nerves of those who are still waiting to go .

I think he means for the removal of his sutures. I took mine out myself but probs not advised....i didn't tell people on here at the time as i felt a bit stupid...lol. But no harm was done!!!

Hi oakjaz and welcome!!! You have made the right choice. I hope the information and all the acounts from the post op guys have helped ease your nerves and most of all , helped to prepare you for Poland.
I also done the same as you , i searched and searched and searched for cheap surgery.....and found a few in Poland!!! Buy sadly i could find nobody who had been before , so i took the leap and decided to go on blind faith and i am glad that i was right.....not just for me , but for all you guys!!!!

Yes, this is true.....but me an ian somehow got confused with his instructions and thought he meant drink a couple of pints every hour....I know easily done!!!! . We left the clinic at around 12 pm and staggered in some time after 12 am.....and very tipsy, i fell out of bed and hurt myself. ( I thought i had broke my arm and still have a scar now!!! ) ...lol

A question for all you guys who have fat and no gland, have you considered flab jab ( lipodissolve) ...It's 125 quid per area...and is an injection durhhh....lol   . Does anybody dare go first for the good of the group? One for the team and all that....lol. I might get my stomach done, would save on the sit-ups and jogging....lol

hi all

im feeling ok today just a bit sore still, i went to show my own doctor results and they say its healing ok that was it.
iv just washed my poland vest and have the nike vest  but they told me in poland wear polish vest .

i have pre op photos and after op photos and will post on site as soon as i work out how to do it

warning.  if you go to poland and you walk over to germany take your passport do not take photo on border lol
i was taken in office and made to delete them(by germans)
