had what i belive was the gland removed on my right side 2 1/2 years ago, but was never really happy...feel as if fat or more fat needed to be removed, i feel none was???

So im going back for seconds, have a pre assesment this friday but would lipo be enough as im unsure if it was done the first time?

Youre getting revision surgery on the NHS?  :o

Crikey mine was way worse than youre revision pic and they wouldnt even give my primary surgery. Goddamn I feel like sending them the bill for my private op and demanding they pay it. Some hope eh  :)

I cant really see much wrong with your chest, it does look a little asymmetrical perhaps, lipo alone rarely solves gyne.

it probably looks the best it possibly can (in that pic), as i had my arms up and tensed chest

but its a small amount of fat in the bottom corner, both pecs seem to have the same amount of muscle....sounds alot easier to do then im sure it is, every day i just want to cut it out
