Hi guys. I mustered up the courage to take a couple a shot after my shower today. To be honest not having my compression stuff on really freaks me out at the moment so I used the reverse cam function where the phone acts as a mirror, close my eyes and aimed at my chest.

I've put my previous picture next to it so you can compare. My left nipple looks a bit weird if you look closely at the pic but that's the lighting or the angle or something, it's not there in another pic I took.

Also I noticed that my left looks like there may be a bit more skin at the lower pec. I'm not worried at the moment, it doesn't look anywhere near as bad as the post-op pic of the guy Levick showed me. He had gyno similar to mine and after the op he had a proper floppy bit of loose skin. I've had massive breasts for so long that the skin underneath my breasts has out darkened so the line underneath my pec looks worse than it is. Also I should point out I think (or at least I hope so) that my pec muscles are fairly developed as before the op I was able to bench press 120Kg for about 4-5 reps. Anyway, long road to recovery now and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

superb result mate... I am sure mate 90%of the shit has gone and I am sure you are delighted

The best part is without any major reduction surgery which has scars across the chest you are able to get such a great result. Its amazing

Who knows after 3 months you may get even better result

Do you have any pre-surgery side pictures. Just wanted to check with you if you had skin excess in the armpit area... a breast roll kind of scenario

Hi guys. Thank you for the kind words.

Unfortunately I don't really have any side view pics except for what I've posted in this forum.

I did have another thread as well from a couple of months back when I was first asking for advice, I think it's probably on page 2 of the UK forums, but the angle of the pic is more or less the same. I did (and still do) have some excess underneath the armpit but it's ok because that is generally because I'm overweight at the moment anyway. Around June this year I was at a good weight and fairly lean and that fat/skin/whatever wasn't there and I could see the outline of my lats when I tensed up.

As from last night I've started eating a bit better (no sweets and chocolates etc) and when I'm about 4 weeks into recovery I'm going to give the diet a lot more effort and go very light on the carbs.

I'm also going to try out a procedure called "ilipo" for the stubborn fat I have on my body. It's a couple of hundred quid depending on where you go but the results I've seen are fantastic (my sister did it and lost 4 inches). When I'm lean through diet and have had my belly fay removed with ilipo, will get some ilipo done underneath the arms if I'm not happy with it and go from there.

Feeling slightly better as the days go by. Yesterday and today are probably the first days where I'm not walking like I've got a stiff back or stiff neck. I'm walking naturally but I don't walk fast at the moment and avoid anything that makes my chest area "bounce". Absolutely cannot wait to get back in the gym.

Great Result bud!
Early stages for us both of us.

Iv'e still got swelling to the sides of the chest, it will take a few weeks I think.

The worst part for me is not being able to go to the gym, same as you I really can't wait to hit arms! haha

Hi beast, I responded to your PM, did you get it?

Things are going ok so far. I was thinking I might take some pics tomorrow (2 weeks post op) to check on how things are under there. I'm not even looking at myself in the mirror when I'm naked right now. I still have no feeling in a large part of my chest area so I get freaked out seeing that, I just feel "safe" when I'm all covered up :S

Hope you're looking forward to your OP and all is well.

Side by side pics of pre-op and post-op really show what a transformation that is, really awesome result mate!

Hope you're happy with it as it genuinely looks amazing.

Great result man, quite a serious case you had there! Those glands were huge, bet you glad to get those off your chest.

Hi guys, couple more pics. This is 16 days post-op. Pictures show that I do have a little bit of excess skin on the left nipple. I'm not too concerned at the moment, I'm just happy at the fact that I can walk around wearing normal clothes.

What I am disappointed at is how much weight I've let myself put on, I've been eating whatever I want really without taking care of my diet.

Yesterday that changed, I went for my first session back at the gym. Of course when I say this, the workout was completely different to what I'm used to. I did 20 mins on a spinner, 5 minutes on a stepper (on a hard setting so I was out of breath), 10 minutes walking at brisk pace on the most steep incline the treadmill would go to, this also got me out of breath. Then I spent 10 minutes on the crosstrainer, I was a little concerned as arms are involved but it was ok.

Then I did something I shouldn't have, but I trained arms..... slightly. Now before anyone shouts at me, I was very careful with what I did. I used dumbells for bicep curls, and I used 10Kg dumbells for about 20 reps, nice clean slow reps so literally the biceps were isolated and there was no involvement from any other muscle group. Did something similar with triceps using the cable machine. I'm really happy that I went because I didn't feel any pain doing any of these exercises, I had been sitting at home on a couch for 16 days in a row eating, so it's about time to start doing something. Just can't wait until I can do other stuff now but I can't even jog yet because the "bounce" is too painful.

Second post for the second picture attached to show the excess skin. I'm in work at the moment so I can't really do a "comparison" picture as I don't want to bring up a picture of my old boobs on the screen.

Great result, what a change!

I wouldn't worry about the excess skin yet, just let your body adjust and getting back to the gym and a good diet will also help. Your recovery looks good too without much bruising either.  :)

That doesn't look like excess skin anyway mate, it looks like swelling to me so dont worry about that to much it will even out eventually.

16 days should be fine up the gym to do anything your comfortable doing, you might want to get some underarmour to keep everything tight when your doing cardio,
