Nice one.  Also good to know it's not just me with that odd jiggly fluid feeling.    Have you reduced the paracetamol you are taking down yet?
I've dropped to just twice a day now instead of four times.  Not sure when we are supposed to stop taking them though :)

Jesus mate that's awesome! You must be over the moon!
I'm a week post op, just waiting to here back to see if I can take off the binder for the vest. I've a bit of fluid on one side , just hoping it will disperse :)

Yes I hated my chest before.... HATED!!
I've got some revision surgery but it was levicks suggestion before he had even performed the first operation to carry out some lipo to the fat under my armpits and round the side as to keep things even once the first op had removed so much from the front.
I'm back in theatre on Wednesday and will be sure to get some more pics up after that.

I have a lot of fat round the sides which is not best visible in the pictures. To be honest the Gynrcomastia is gone now and if I got to a low enough body fat then the secondary issue would be gone too. However during my initial consultation Mr Levick said he'd like to do some lipo around the sides as to keep things even. He said that he could not do it during the first operation due to risk of additional bleeding so suggested it as a revision.
Who am I to refuse

Ok so I am back home from my Day surgery with Mr levick.
the procedure is called "Adjustment To Auxillary Tails/folds
Apparently it's not a common operation ... Around 1 in 100 require this additional surgery.
He has asked me if he could use my case in a book he is due to publish. I happily abliged as if people can benefit from it then that's a good thing. after all it's behind me now.
The procedure involved a small incision under the armpit and Lipo suction to the area under my arm pit from front to back. Initially looking in the mirror things look frightening! Very swollen and full of fluid, worse than before but with things time will heal and only then will I know the true results.
I'm really looking forward to recovering and been back to full health. All this cosmetic surgery is making staying fit that much more difficult.
By the way 200gms removed from left and same from right

Almost. The main difference is never having to adjust my tshirt so it doesn't pull close to my chest and NEVER having to tweak my nipples.

I feel motivated to loose weight because I know when I get there my chest will be looking as a normal chest should. Before I looked worse the thinner I got.

It's more expected for a more over weight person to have a larger chest .

I've been quite open with my close friends and family. Nobody's really bothered to be honest. They Never knew there was a problem!! Lol
