UK Doctors performing (injection based) internal scar tissue removal/reduction?

From my search on here I found a few years back some guys talking about Dr Paul Levick using cortisone shots to reduce the size of internal scar tissue.

I've been looking to locate a surgeon in the UK (preferentially in London) to treat my scar tissue through injection directly into the scar tissue (I'm 21 months post-op). I do not want revision surgery so am not considering this option now.

Have any of you had this treatment in the UK, or know a good surgeon who performs this?

I had my surgery yday. Can you just tell me how bad your scar tissue is?
