Do you think a doctors price is negotiable?

I recently saw a doctor that told me the operation will be 11,800$.. If i have 10,500 do you think they would negotiate the bill down a bit? there is no way for more to get any extra cash for months as i'm solo financing the procedure and iv exhausted all means of credit.
