negotiate price

Do you guys know any tips for negotiating the price of surgery down with a plastic surgeon?
Is it even possible? How flexible are they?

Should I get multiple consultations and tell them I have a cheaper offer?
Should I look pathetic and tell them I'm poor?
Should I just say I can't do it for that price but i'll do it for x

lol please don't go in there and look patheic man!  I had to laugh when I read that.  Most of the money goes to the hospital (so i've heard) The doctor only gets like 2-$3,000 and the rest goes to other shit like anstheisia "spelling" and the hospital, your room and all the other bull shit!  Hell no it's not going to be negotiable because doctors and surgeons are out to get theres and have set prices and won't go down.  You know how much school they had to go through and how much money it cost them, i just really doubt a doctor leaving his set price but if you feeling lucky go for it and ask him.  He can only say "No" right?  Just hope he doesn't start laughin at you or somethin.  But yea man get as many consulations as you can down and see who's the best doctor for the cheapest price and make sure you look at some before and after pictures!
