PS in San Antonio area?

Hello everyone, I am new to this board.  I have suffered from a mild case of gynecomastia (mainly puffy nipples) since I puberty, I am now 27. Been made fun of for most of my life, scared to take off my shirt for anything, although I have been told my condition isn't very bad.  Lately I have been considering surgery and doing research on surgeons to consult with.  Does anyone know of any good PS in the san antonio area that are experienced with gynecomastia surgery.  I preferably would not like to drive outside the area for surgery, although I could if needed, my wife could take me.   I would hope that in a city as large as san antonio there would someone familiar with a good PS. Is anyone familiar with a Dr. Westfield in san antonio?  Looking at his website, it says pract. for 36 yrs., board certifiied in PS.  Haven't gone for consultation, as I have yet to call, Im still doing my research on many other surgeons, but any advice or help would be appreciated.
