I live in Bay area. San Jose California to be more specifies.
I don't currently own a camera, but while looking through the site, this guy http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=18341.0 has something very similar what I have.

Does anyone know someone in the area who would be good to talk to about surgery? I don't have that much money, so what would be the most effective way to treat it, for example it be cheaper to fly to Canada and have the operation there?
